With Wedding season on the way, brides and grooms are looking to start planning their very own dream weddings now with most COVID-19 restrictions being lifted.
As couples plan their weddings from the food, music, and clothes many looks towards the London Bridal Expo for inspiration.
“My set date is sometime in September right now and I’m so excited to be here today, they have so many cool vendors here,” said Adele Campbell, the soon-to-be bride who was there at the Expo with her mom Heather.
Expo Organizers and couple Jeff and Isabel Traher have been attending the event for close to 3 decades with Jeff inheriting the Expo from his mother who organized it previously.
“We’ve been doing the Bridal Expo for close to 30 years after I took over for my mother 15 years ago with my wife as went from vendors to organizers,” Jeff said.
“It’s great to finally be back after COVID as we’re now busier than ever even with people now finally able to plan their weddings” he added.
Isabel also mentioned seeing a rise in weddings during 2022, a trend she expects to continue into 2023.
“For over three years we were closed down and weren’t able to host shows, but we’ve also seen our numbers start to return to where they were as they continue to increase,” she said
The Expo also featured a Fashion Show, showing dresses and suits from businesses like Sophie’s Gown Shop and Collins Clothiers.
