A London man has been arrested following a sexual interference investigation.
26 year old Trey Nicholls has been charged with aggravated assault in relation to the August 3rd assault that took place around Richmond and Kent.
At about 2:30 a.m. on August 3rd, police were called to Richmond and Kent to investigate the crime. The victim was transported to hospital with critical injuries and Major Crimes continued their investigation.
3 days after the initial crime, the Major Crimes Section charged 20 year-old Yaseen Muhammed with aggravated assault and issued warrants for 23 year old Antonio Bentley and 26 year old Nicholls. Bentley turned himself in the following day.
Nicholls is the latest to be arrested in relation to this crime. He has been charged with aggravated assault. Police are asking anyone who has information about the case to contact them or Crime Stoppers.
The victim, unnamed, remains in critical condition at the hospital.
