The London Torch Run Polar Plunge is returning, offering individuals, businesses, and organizations the opportunity to support a great cause while braving the cold. The event, which raises funds for over 23,000 athletes across the province, is an exciting and unique way to contribute to Special Olympics programming and events.
Organized by the London Torch Run Polar Plunge Committee, which includes members from the London PS, OPP, RCMP, and the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services, the event encourages participants to take the plunge into frigid waters in support of local athletes. Funds raised will go directly toward funding important programs that enhance the lives of athletes with intellectual disabilities.
