London, ON — Fanshawe College has hosted its annual fall festival at Forwell Hall on October 23 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Free drinks, snacks and mini pumpkin painting activities were available for attendees at the event as well booths promoting services on campus.
One of the event organizers commented, “This event is a great chance for students to meet staff members and ask questions face to face. “It’s not only the activities, but also an opportunity for students to meet and learn about the services that are available for them, and be able to bond with their campus community.” The Forwell Hall — opened this year — hosted a variety of interactive events, including the scavenger hunt. Another organizer told us, “We added additional games and activities to allow students to interact more within each other as well as community.
“Fanshawe family’ and that they know where to find the support they need. This festival allowed students to unwind, meet peers in their major and learn about resources available to them on campus as they get ready for the semester.
