Five Canadian World Junior players have been told by London Police Services to surrender in connection with allegations of sexual assault in June of 2018. This from the Globe and Mail who cited unnamed sources. The players, who have not been charged, have been given an undisclosed deadline to surrender to London police according to the Globe.
The allegations stem from the alleged sexual assault of a woman in a hotel room during the World Junior tournament in London.
London Police have told 106.9 The X that they have no comment on the case.
