I am convinced that there should be a law against complaining about more than one season of the year. I quickly tire of folks who take every opportunity to whine about each of the seasons the creator gives us! At this point of the summer – these folks are complaining about the heat. Well, in spring they complained about the rain, in the winter they complained about the cold, in the autumn they whined about how the falling leaves littered their precious lawns. Give it up complainers! Don’t find fault with all seasons – choose just one. Which is why I sometimes remark about the oppressive heat of summer – but I never complain about any of the other seasons. So, I’m well within the law I am calling for. There endeth the homily for today.
