Halo Car Wash is a Car Wash store that recently opened its first of four upcoming locations in London. The company located at 250 Southdale Road East is currently offering a two-month free membership for those who subscribe until June 30th. Monthly memberships start at $36. It includes unlimited washing as well as priority access to vacuums and mat washing stations. If not satisfied with the wash, the customer is welcomed to make a complaint or discuss what didn’t work out.
‘’We started in March, in the first week. It’s getting busier now, it’s summer so everbody wants to make their car clean’’, says an assistant at Halo. ‘’Most people say every car wash has a limit, but here there’s no limit. If you are coming for a single wash and you feel it’s not clean, we can provide you Clean Car Guarantee’’.
The manager Shino Benny highlights the quality of the equipment as an appealing feature for customers. ‘’I’ve been working with Halo for four years, from day one, where we started in Stratford. We use the best equipments; anything that you can get the best from, is what we use here’’.
He adds on saying that there’s no other Car Wash in London that offers unlimited time vacuums.
The self-service also includes three step tire cleaning, 16 dryers, underbody solutions and 19 vacuums with air compressors for tight corners, all for $36.
It is important to state that the membership is valid in any other Halo sites in Canada.
‘’This was my first time at Halo Car Wash, and it was not bad. Being to Halo is much better than those right by Petro-Canada. I do have a membership at Suds, and it’s somewhat similar to Suds. One thing that Suds have that they have an advantage is that they got cloths at the back, so when the car comes out of the dryer, it won’t be completely dry. So you need cloths to dry out your car. If Halo had that, it would’ve been much better’’.
This customer already had a membership at Suds.
‘’I just wanted to try it out and see if it was better, so my answer to that would be no, I prefer Suds to Halo’’.
Shino mentions how important their reputation has been to have success. ‘’I have four and a half years here. When Halo started, I was there, and that’s how the company treats you. That’s why people that start working here stay’’.
