Students in counties surrounding the city will get another day off, while buses in the city will start as scheduled.
Freezing rain changed to snow overnight. The snow was and still is accompanied by strong winds causing dangerous driving conditions.
As a result, buses have been cancelled in Middlesex, Elgin, and Oxford County, The Red Zone, and some in Huron-Perth County.
