The third suspect in the Mar. 9, 2015 homicide investigation of Mark McCullagh has been located and arrested in Windsor on Friday, police say.
23-year-old Ali Fageer, was arrested in Windsor by members of the Repeat Offender and Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad, with the assistance of the Windsor Police Service.
Fageer is charged with the following offences:
- Manslaughter;
- Armed robbery x 2;
- Pointing a firearm x 2;
- Use of firearm during commission of an indictable offence; and
- Unauthorized possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm.
The second suspect, Steven Atkinson, 37, was arrested on Aug. 18, 2017 on charges of manslaughter and armed robbery by members of the ROPE squad.
Three days prior to Atkinson’s arrest, the first suspect, Kenyon Ohamu, 20, was arrested and charged with manslaughter and two counts of armed robbery.
Fageer is expected to appear in London court tomorrow in relation to the charges.
